4. Prices & Payments

Prices are listed in euros and include VAT.

6. Returns & Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the Law. 2251/1994.

Return conditions:

• The product must not have been used
• Must be in its original packaging
• Must be accompanied by the purchase receipt

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

In case of a defective product, the company undertakes its replacement or refund.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the product.
