Returns Information

1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt, in accordance with Law 2251/1994, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted:

• The product must not have been used

• Must be in its original packaging

• Must be in excellent condition

• Must be accompanied by the purchase receipt

3. Return Process

The customer must contact the store via email before returning the product.

The product is shipped via a partner courier company (ACS or BOX NOW) or another choice of the customer.

4. Return Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless:

• The product is defective

• The wrong product has been sent

5. Defective Products

In case of a defective product, the customer is entitled to:

• Product replacement or

• Refund

Shipping costs are covered by the store.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

7. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for products that:

• Have been used

• Have been altered or damaged

• Are not in their original condition
